By downloading, installing, or using the Frendl mobile application ("App"), you agree to be

bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

ABOUT THE APP

Frendl is an AI-powered ingredient analysis application that helps users identify potentially

harmful ingredients in products. The App provides information for educational purposes only.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Frendl is a subscription-based service:

- Monthly subscription: $12.99 per month

- Annual subscription: $49.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial)

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the

current period

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account

- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned oﬀ in your account settings

after purchase

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frendl LLC does not guarantee the

completeness, reliability, or accuracy of ingredient analysis. Ingredient information and

classifications are based on available data and should not be considered definitive.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Frendl LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Accept sole responsibility for your use of the information provided by the App

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Frendl LLC and is

protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual

property laws.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you

breach these Terms of Use.CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material

changes by posting the updated terms in the App.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of

law provisions.
